Flint Hills Technical College is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create visual solutions for our internal and external communication needs using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat. This position is a hybrid of remote and on-site work, allowing for flexibility while requiring a physical presence on campus for meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce electronic and printed materials, illustrations, and displays.
- Collaborate with College employees and clients to determine layout designs.
- Capture event photographs and manage image asset library.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in related field from an accredited college/university is required.
- 1-2 years of paid experience in the related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience in photography and photo editing.
This full-time position, offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $17.40, based on experience. Benefits include a KPERS retirement plan and paid health insurance for the employee.
