	Description
		
			Students will apply food growing techniques in the FHTC Sustainable Living Center high tunnel. They will understand sustainable choices in food production and the impact it has on ?green commitment? in our society. They will transform ingredients into healthy, delicious food. They will demonstrate how chefs can be catalysts for positive change in the food industry by utilizing and promoting locally grown food.
