American Heart Association Program Director/Faculty

Flint Hills Technical College (FHTC) is seeking to fill a position for the American Heart Association (AHA) Program Director/Instructor. This position will include: managing and teaching courses in the FHTC AHA Program and management of the AHA Training Center.  The American Heart Association (AHA) Program Director/Instructor creates a positive learning environment in order to prepare and support the lifelong personal growth and economic development of students.

 

The successful candidate must have an Associate of Applied Science degree, an active AHA ECC Instructor Certification, and have a minimum of two years’ paid employment within the field or related field of instruction.

 

The AHA Program Director/Instructor position is a full-time, 10-month position with a salary range of $39,000-$49,000 commensurate with experience and education level. Benefits include a KPERS retirement plan, paid health insurance by the College for the employee, and other optional benefits.  Annual salary is paid out over 12 months.
