Flint Hills Technical College is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Director. The Marketing & Social Media Director position is responsible for website management; marketing and branding; creating, managing, and communicating a strategic marketing plan; and communicating research analytics to support modifying current practices or adopting new approaches to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts for Flint Hills Technical College. The position is responsible for all advertising, marketing, and promotion efforts, and will oversee strategic marketing and social media efforts to support program offerings and institutional department budget; and plan comprehensive marketing campaigns for courses, programs, and services. The Director partners across the College and its divisions to create and deliver promotional materials and ensure institutional brand strategies are upheld.
This full-time, 12-month position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and education level, and a KPERS retirement plan. Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, social media, or related field is required; a combination of experience and education may qualify. Two years of related professional experience are required.
