Flint Hills Technical College is seeking an individual for our Admissions Specialist position. This is a FT, classified staff position. The selected individual will assist with campus tours and meet with prospective students during campus visits, respond to all calls pertaining to admissions and student services, conduct assessment testing for prospective students to determine “minimum ability to benefit”, assist in the development and coordination of special events for FHTC and represent FHTC at off-campus events as needed.
A high school diploma is required with a technical certificate or associate degree preferred. In addition, proficiency in personal computing skills and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred. Additionally, candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to employment.
