To avoid added delays in processing your transcript request we recommend that you request it electronically through National Student Clearinghouse; please select order electronic transcript. Current students can log into MyFHTC and retrieve an unofficial transcript.

Electronic Transcript Requests

We are pleased to announce that Flint Hills Technical College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide secure online ordering and delivery of your FHTC transcript! Safe, fast and easy – it is the most efficient way to order and send your transcript today!

You will need:

The mailing address or email address of where you want your transcript to go. If you are sending your transcript to another college, check their website to obtain their address or email information.
A major credit card or debit card. Your card will only be charged after your transcript has been sent.

It’s that easy! You can even receive updates to your phone to track the progress of your transcript request. Just enter your cell phone number when you place the order.

Requests are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Get it there faster by requesting electronic delivery of your transcript. Just choose “Electronic PDF” as the delivery option when placing your order.

We are committed to keeping fees low for our students. The cost for sending an electronic PDF transcript is $8.00.

Request Electronic Transcript

Mailed Transcript Request – Unofficial, Official and/or Test Scores

Your transcript will be mailed to the address indicated inside the request.

Transcripts are released upon receipt of a request completed by the student.
Transcript services are withheld from any student who has an unpaid debt to the college.
Allow five (5) working days for processing and mailing.
Transcripts mailed directly to the student are considered UNOFFICIAL and are stamped "Issued to Student". Most institutions will not accept a transcript, which has been "Issued to Student". OFFICIAL transcripts must be sent directly to the institution.
Transcripts from high schools or other colleges cannot be duplicated. You must contact the school/college directly for an official transcript.

Replacement Diploma

Your diploma will be mailed to the address indicated inside the request.

Diplomas are released upon receipt of a request completed by the student.
Diploma services are withheld from any student who has an unpaid debt to the college.
Allow up to twenty-one (21) working days for processing and mailing.
