Description
This course will actively engage students in the acquisition of information about several leadership theories and the concepts by which they are based; individual-level analysis of leadership theory. Students will learn about the relationship between leadership and organizational success, as well as the difficulties and challenges leaders face. Self-evaluations, team projects, case studies, scenarios, field exercises, and class discussions are the major components of this course. Prerequisite: BAT127 Leadership II
