Description
This advanced course will actively engage students in the acquisition of information about team leadership. Students will learn about the relationship between leadership and organizational success, as well as the difficulties and challenges leaders face. Self-evaluations, team projects, case studies, scenarios, field exercises, and class discussions are the major components of this course. Prerequisite: BAT206 Leadership III
