Students will use various computer applications to simulate real world office applications that will reinforce students? skills. Students will use e-mail, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, the Internet, and HTML language to create and update reports, databases, newsletters, process payroll, presentations, web pages, and create correspondence. Students will demonstrate interpersonal skills and work ethics. Students will schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and demonstrate management of time and office workflow effectively.
