Description

This course is a continuation of HYG 201. Students will continue development in the areas of patient management, radiology, preventive dental hygiene treatment and proficiency in clinical techniques and instrumentation through practical application. Current advances in dental hygiene services and special needs patients will also be introduced. Prerequisite: HYG 201 Pre-Clinical Hygiene Review, HYG 203 Dental Embryology/Histology/Anatomy, and HYG 205 Periodontics
