Description

This course will provide information on oral Health Education & Prevention with clinical applications. Students will be required to provide patient education and preventive measure to varied individuals and in various settings. Students will provide presentation materials on the importance of oral health education and prevention to audiences in public institutions.PREREQUISITE: HYG 112 Nutrition & Oral Health; HYG 120 Clinical Dental Hygiene I; HYG
125 Embryology/ Histology & Oral Anatomy;
