Description
This course will provide insight into the needs of public oral health issues, access to care and provision of care as well as ethics related to public health and welfare of the citizens of the communities and states where the dental hygienist may practice. Other topics include ethics and jurisprudence. Prerequisites: HYG 202 Clinical Hygiene I, HYG 204 Periodontics, HYG 209 Oral Pathology, HYG 210 Dental Analgesia and Therapeutics
