Description

This course provides the understanding and application of the basic theories of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating. This includes general control of the temperature inside residential and industrial buildings. Components such as condenser, evaporator, compressor, fans, coils, and metering valve are studied. The course provides the understanding of refrigerant state changes, and EPA 608 certification is offered by examination on site.
